History

In 2003 Robert C. DeNinno, Jr. founded Precision Benefits Group after spending years selling benefits packages for one of the nation's largest insurance carriers. Rob’s involvement with these companies revealed that many firms were not receiving the level of service, knowledge, or expertise they needed.

Precision Benefits Group was created to fill this void by offering companies an opportunity to partner with an experienced and capable firm to meet all of their benefit-related needs.

We personally consult with you to discuss the results of our benefit analysis and provide you with an opportunity to consider and select every available option.
With your input and involvement, we’ll put the best program in place for you and your employees.
If requested, we can provide a variety of administrative services to support your benefits program, often at no cost. This frees your management to tend to other matters, confident that their benefits program is in good hands.
